Highlands Roofing Project

This beautiful newly constructed home was built with little compromise with regard to roofing materials. The roof was planned to have a high number of hips, metal valleys, and vents to accommodate its spacious rooms, and was a mix of 6/12 and 10/12 pitch for the 6,000 sqft. house. We had a some torch-on portions below a couple of window wells to ensure a tight building envelope.

Tree damage repair - Duncan

On Dec 20^th of last year there was  a serious windstorm that knocked out power and felled many trees on southern Vancouver Island. In this case, a tree came down on the house and the owner was already in the hospital with an injury from a falling branch.

Queenswood Drive Roofing Project

This property at Queenswood Drive in Saanich was a new construction that required about 8000 ft² of rooftop, plus two torch-on decks.

As a beautiful high-quality home right on the ocean, the homeowners wanted to pull out all the stops. We used top-notch materials, attractive features, and full safety measures to handle this steep 12:12 pitch roofing job.

Lockehaven Drive Roofing Project

This home on Lockehaven Drive in Saanich was both one of the trickiest and one of the most interesting projects we've had the pleasure of working on. About 6000 ft² of flat torch-on roofing was required for this rooftop entertainment space, including accommodations for stadium seating and a sunken hot tub.

Shawnigan Lake Roof Replacement

This roofing job in Shawnigan Lake was for a two-story lakeside home that badly needed a roof replacement due to leaks and deterioration. With the house below already suffering water damage, it was important that the job be done as quickly and professionally as possible.
