This beautiful newly constructed home was built with little compromise with regard to roofing materials. The roof was planned to have a high number of hips, metal valleys, and vents to accommodate its spacious rooms, and was a mix of 6/12 and 10/12 pitch for the 6,000 sqft. house. We had a some torch-on portions below a couple of window wells to ensure a tight building envelope.

About 6000 ft² of flat torch-on roofing was required for this rooftop entertainment space, including accommodations for stadium seating and a sunken hot tub.
