Tree damage repair - Duncan
On Dec 20th of last year there was a serious windstorm that knocked out power and felled many trees on southern Vancouver Island. In this case, a tree came down on the house and the owner was already in the hospital with an injury from a falling branch. We were called by the gentleman’s sister and our crew was out there same day until midnight patching and tarping to get the home water tight through the holidays. We immediately got permits in place to do a full repair: the attic was remediated, we replaced rafters, insulation, resheeted, and restored the interior. Thankfully, the owner made a full recovery and, with a new roof on, it was like nothing had ever happened.
